We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49.99 within the United States.
For orders under $49.99, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note:

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unexpected order surges, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to check the latest delivery status on the USPS website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, we are usually unable to change the shipping address.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before shipment.
If a package is lost, delayed, returned, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any related costs or losses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
We will help you check the shipment status with USPS and assist you with the next steps.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple items, we will try our best to ship them together.
However, depending on inventory availability and warehouse processing, some items may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
