Refund & Warrant Policy
Cancel Order
You can contact us to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please email power@torraslife.com with your order number.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return:
Contact us at power@torraslife.com. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for returns:

If the return is due to a product quality issue, TORRAS will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for non-quality reasons (e.g., changed mind), you are responsible for the return shipping fee. In this case, TORRAS will only refund the product cost (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
Note:

Returns for discounted products will be refunded only for the discounted amount paid.

This policy applies to individual purchases only; bulk orders (typically 10+ units) are not eligible for return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at power@torraslife.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty Policy
All TORRAS products are backed by a warranty against manufacturing defects:

Phone Cases & Screen Protectors: 12-month warranty

Power Banks, Chargers & Cables: 18-month warranty
If you experience a covered issue within the warranty period, please email power@torraslife.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (once the return is accepted) and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. After that, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund (typically within 10 business days total).
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at power@torraslife.com.
Price Protection
We offer a 14-day price guarantee for purchases made on our official website site power.torraslife.com.
If we lower the price of a product you bought within 14 calendar days of your purchase, you can request a refund of the difference. To qualify, you must contact us at power@torraslife.com within 14 days of the price drop.
Exceptions:

Does not apply to purchases from third-party websites.

Does not apply to limited-time sales events (e.g., Black Friday, holiday promotions).
