Policy Details

What Qualifies for a Price Match?

  • Price drops on power.torraslife.com: If an item you purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your original purchase, we will refund you the difference.
  • Lower prices from authorized retailers: If you find the exact same TORRAS product (same model, color, and configuration) being sold for less by an authorized retailer (like Amazon) within 30 days of purchase, we will match the price.

What’s Not Eligible?

To keep things fair, there are a few exceptions we cannot match:

  • Prices from unauthorized third-party marketplace vendors, auction sites (e.g., eBay), or liquidators.
  • Prices involving bundled offers, BOGO (Buy One Get One) deals, free gifts, or membership-only discounts (e.g., Amazon Prime exclusive deals).
  • Clearance, closeout, refurbished, or special edition items.
  • Coupon codes, referral discounts, or loyalty program prices.

  • The price match must be requested within 30 calendar days of the original order date.
  • Price match refunds are issued only once per item per order — no repeated adjustments if the price drops multiple times.
  • Price matches cannot be combined with other promotional codes or site-wide discounts used on the original order.
  • The lower-priced item must be currently in stock and available for immediate shipping on the competitor's website.
