TORRAS Power
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last Updated: October 23, 2026
This page explains privacy choices available in connection with the TORRAS Power website and related online services operated by TORRAS INC. (“TORRAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for consumers in the United States. Depending on your state of residence and whether an applicable privacy law covers TORRAS and the relevant processing, you may have the right to opt out of the sale of personal data, the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling activities. Rights, definitions, exemptions, and procedures vary by state.
TORRAS does not sell personal information for monetary compensation. Certain disclosures or uses involving advertising partners may nevertheless qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under applicable state privacy laws. This page provides a unified way to submit applicable opt-out choices; it does not imply that the same statutory rights apply in every state.
1. Your Right to Opt Out
California residents have the right to direct a business that sells or shares their personal information to stop doing so. Under the CCPA, “sharing” includes disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, even if no money is exchanged. Residents of other states with applicable comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have rights to opt out of the sale of personal data or its processing for targeted advertising.
TORRAS uses certain advertising, analytics, and marketing technologies on the TORRAS Power website. Depending on the technology and how it is configured, these technologies may result in the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
2. Personal Information That May Be Shared
The categories of personal information that may be shared for advertising purposes include:
- Identifiers and online identifiers, such as IP address, cookie IDs, device IDs, and advertising identifiers;
- Commercial information, such as products viewed, considered, added to cart, or purchased;
- Internet or other electronic network activity, such as browsing activity, pages viewed, clicks, referring URLs, and interactions with advertisements;
- Approximate geolocation inferred from an IP address; and
- Inferences regarding interests or preferences derived from browsing or shopping activity.
Advertising and marketing partners that may receive such information include providers such as Google, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Microsoft, Adform, and applicable Shopify advertising or marketing services. The specific technologies in use may change over time, as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Exercise Your Opt-Out Right
After your opt-out preference is received, TORRAS will stop applicable sale or sharing activities as soon as feasibly possible and within the period required by applicable law. Your opt-out will apply as required to the browser, device, account, or other context associated with the request.
4. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
TORRAS recognizes legally valid opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as required by applicable state law. When a valid GPC signal is detected, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device sending the signal. Where required by law and where we can reasonably associate the signal with your account, we will apply the preference to the associated account as applicable.
You do not need to submit a separate opt-out request if your valid GPC signal has already been recognized and applied.
5. What Your Opt-Out Does and Does Not Affect
After you opt out, TORRAS will not sell or share the personal information covered by your request for cross-context behavioral advertising, unless you later choose to authorize such processing as permitted by law.
Your opt-out does not prevent TORRAS from processing personal information for purposes that do not constitute a sale or sharing under the applicable law, including:
- operating the website and providing requested functionality;
- maintaining your shopping cart and checkout;
- processing payments and fulfilling orders;
- providing customer service and warranty support;
- security, authentication, and fraud prevention;
- legal and regulatory compliance; and
- other business purposes permitted by applicable law.
